1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are typically only available under specific conditions for services purchased directly through InseecTravel LLC on our website, https://www.inseec-travel-tips.com. Please note that our policies for refunds vary depending on the type of service or product you purchased.

Digital Products (E-books, Guides, and Downloadable Content):
All digital product purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. If you experience any issues with your download or believe you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Travel Consultation Services:
For scheduled consultation services, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. If we need to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative time at no additional cost.
Subscription Services (if applicable):
If you subscribe to any ongoing service, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not available. However, if you encounter any service issues, please reach out to us so we can address your concerns.
Flight Search Widget and Third-Party Services:
Please be aware that our flight search widget connects users with third-party providers, and purchases made through these providers are subject to their individual refund policies. We encourage you to review the third-party’s refund policy before completing any transactions, as InseecTravel LLC is not responsible for refunds on purchases made outside of our direct platform.

To request a refund for eligible purchases made directly through InseecTravel LLC, please follow these steps:

Response Time: Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be available under the following conditions:

Late Cancellations: Requests to cancel services or appointments less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Digital Products: Refunds are generally not available for downloadable digital products, unless there was a technical issue that prevented access to the content.
Third-Party Services: As noted, we are not responsible for refunds for transactions completed through third-party providers, such as flight bookings, accommodations, or external travel packages.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank for assistance, as processing times vary.
